You may attack players according to your and their combat level. Low levels combat high levels and low levels and high levels struggle with. It's true, you are required to get supplies like food, potions and arrows to be able to pvp, what is so bad about this? There is construct variation in PvP. Honestly, you don't really seem knowledgable and impartial enough to give a fair evaluation of OSRS. You seem like a sour WoW fanboy that missed out on Runescape because it'd"shit images" and is currently badmouthing the match in an effort to justify his poor decision and feel much better about himself.

I feel this comment is composed by someone reminiscent of his time'wasted' on the match. I've seen people who loved the sport state similar things, but most of what you have said paints as both ignorant and dumb because very frankly your main beef with the game is actually only a personal preference of sport play. You can't call my observation that the game is simply grinding an opinion. It is accurate, and not in a great way. Someone said that it is"as grindy because you want it to be," and I really had a chuckle out loud. That is true in the sense thatyes, I really could grind in the game. Or I could CHOOSE to turn off the game and walk off. What a choice? There is one quantitative aspect which can be used to measure a game's worth, regardless of preferance; although personal preference might be a qualatative element in my view.

That step is only: content / alternativly, or period: content / cost. A"match" such as runescape has hardly any material, and a massive price. Therefore it's poor, objectivly. You could ALWAYS be enjoying something greater. You might be brainwashed enough to state :"No! There's HUNDREDS of hours of articles in the game" Or enough of a sociopath to believe:"The other players ARE the material!" However, you'd be objectivly wrong your oponion essentially has no value. Even if it were , $10 a month is a steep price to pay for the low cost"gameplay" and"community". That is not satisfied, that is a slog. If you play on a private OSRS server that has the grining turned down to a decent level, you'll immediately realize that the game just has about 40 hours of content in it total (Plus minigames, but those are by definition different games).

Tell me this: Why does it take a million hours for in most stats to 99? Why are the fall rates for gear that is great low? Why is the econamy STILL broken? Why is Runescape so intentionally boring? Money. Money is the answer. To access 90% of the material, you will need to pay a monthly fee. This single fact discredits the match; also and Why does you charge based on time simotaniously wase your own time? Because, obviously, it wants to sink in it's skinner-box claws to your brain and find out how much time it can take you (and your wallet) for a ride. MMOs don't have to do so, and they should not. Even the ones that do this don't do it as bad as OSRS. Whenever I see a few bad brainwashed soul defend Runescape, I'm instantly reminded of someone with stockholm syndrome, or someone at a toxic relationship with an abusive spouse.
